Getting the “right” perspective on Halbertcicles is like getting the right perspective on life. There is an art to positioning one’s self in a way that makes best use of the surrounding light.
Some of Escher’s art gives us a look from the mirror’s point of view, where left can become right as up becomes down, where straight becomes curved and background becomes foreground.
